The salad is topped with perfectly ripe avocado and shredded mozzarella cheese to make the most delicious salad! Add some ranch or your favorite dressing, and you have a TASTY, easy meal.

How to Make BLT Avocado Salad
This BLT avocado salad is super simple to make, and will soon become a quick, healthy lunch that you will LOVE! To start ensure the romaine lettuce has been washed and dried. This can be easily done by using a salad spinner. Place the lettuce into individual serving bowls. You can also use iceberg lettuce as an alternative.
Next, add the cherry tomatoes to the salad bowls. These can either be diced or kept whole depending on your preference. Fresh cherry tomatoes from the garden will make the salad even better.
Next, add the mozzarella cheese and the crispy, cooked bacon to the salad bowls. Top with some ripe avocado slices and finish by adding ranch or your favorite salad dressing. And just like that your simple, healthy lunch is ready to eat!
How to Meal Prep BLT Avocado Salad for Lunches
This yummy salad can also be meal-prepped for the week to have easy lunches ready to go. You will want to get some air-tight meal prep glass containers with a locking lid such as the one show below to start your meal prep.
Once you have your individual meal prep containers, place the lettuce on the bottom of each one. Next add the tomatoes, cooked bacon, and mozzarella cheese over each bed of lettuce. Prep up to four containers at a time to ensure freshness when ready to eat.
For the avocado, you will want to wait to add this until right before you are ready to eat your salad because the avocado will brown easily once exposed to air. You can add lime juice to the avocado to slow down the oxidation process, however you cannot stop the browning from occurring altogether. So the best option is to pack your avocado on the side to slice right before eating your salad.
For the ranch dressing, you will also want to pack this in a separate small condiment container and pour the dressing over the salad just before eating. This will keep your salad from getting soggy and ensure you still have a fresh, crisp salad ready to eat.

- 3 cups romaine lettuce (shredded)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 3 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Shred romaine lettuce and place into individual bowls.
Divide tomatoes and mozzarella cheese evenly and place over lettuce.
Add cooked, chopped bacon and avocado slices.
Top with ranch dressing and enjoy!
